On September 1, 2025, the "Symposium on Building a Collaborative Platform for Chinese Security Industry's Overseas Expansion Initiative," an important supporting event of the 6th Non-Traditional Security (Hangzhou) International Forum, was held in Hangzhou. The symposium was chaired by Dr. Zhou Zhanggui, Secretary-General of the forum.
At the symposium, Secretary-General Zhao Yonghua emphasized that in the face of escalating global security demands and industrial transformation, Chinese security enterprises need to break through the "going it alone" model and build a collaborative platform with the mindset of "going global together and across the entire chain" to address core pain points such as standard compliance, cultural integration, and risk prevention and control. As a specialized and innovative enterprise deeply rooted in the field of security intelligence, Anlps highly agrees with this.
Focusing on practical pain points: dual-driven by technological innovation and localization implementation
Focusing on "how to overcome the bottleneck of going global", the participants engaged in heated discussions. Dr. Zhou Zhanggui from Zhejiang University proposed that collaboration platforms need to provide enterprises with full-process support from policy interpretation to project implementation, especially to assist small and medium-sized enterprises in addressing compliance risks and personnel security challenges. Anlps, leveraging its experience in participating in national-level projects such as "West-East Electricity Transmission" and "the World's Largest Hydrogen Energy Industrial Park", proposed a dual-track strategy of "technical standardization + service localization": on the one hand, building a technological moat with core products such as modular intelligent control consoles and green data center solutions; on the other hand, achieving sustainable operation through equity structure design, local talent cultivation, and cultural integration mechanisms.
The concept of "internationalization thinking transformation" proposed by Zhang Weiqing, Director of the International Cooperation Center of Zhejiang Security and Protection Industry Association, is highly aligned with Anlps' overseas expansion logic. Overseas enterprises need to shift from "product export" to "value co-creation".
Wang Man, Chief Representative of the China-Africa Port Industry International Cooperation Center, shared the key points and pain points of African industries such as mining, real estate, and bulk trade, emphasizing the importance of building a platform that reassures Chinese people and enables the formation of a secure closed loop for cargo transportation.
Building a collaborative platform: enabling Chinese security technology to serve global security
The convening of this symposium marks a new stage of "collaborative development and resource sharing" for China's security industry as it expands overseas.
